Mikelle Hickman-Romine

I have a passion for the human relationship of craft.
Hand-made jewelry is a unique connection between maker and wearer, an interaction that has served as personal expression for thousands of years.
Flowers have been the celebration of the sacred moments of life for all of human history.
I have been a craft artist and florist for more than twenty years, and my work reflects an alchemy of influences.
I create based on my own interests, but I am happy to explore new avenues with custom work for clients.
I am a Member Artist of the collective gallery Studios On High Gallery, where I have displayed my work and done my part of the gallery work for 10 years.  I am also a member of the Ohio Designer Craftsmen, and display work at the Ohio Craft Museum.
I proudly live and work in Columbus, Ohio.
